In 2001, our founding partners, Paul Henley and Michael de Caetani formed DECA GLOBAL. With experience in the raw cotton trading business dating back to the 1980s, they envisioned their same principles — Honor, Integrity and Loyalty — applied to the international yarn market. With a background in the cotton industry and later the synthetic yarn industry, Paul’s wide ranging experience in the global textile trade has served him well in garnering the experience needed to lead our team here at DECA Global. On the go meeting with suppliers and customers, Paul is constantly growing our network to insure we can offer our customers the highest quality and best value our industry can offer.
Michael has decades of experience as an entrepreneur in the textile industry and doing business around the world, He now spends much of his time utilizing his experience to analyze long term trends in the textile and commodities marketplace while advising on the strategic direction of our business.

Having never met a stranger, Kelly immediately puts anyone she meets at ease. Using her wide ranging experience in both the cotton industry and transportation, Kelly works tirelessly to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied.
With a wealth of experience gained while working for one of the worlds largest commodities firms, Vickie now works with our wide ranging supplier network to insure timely shipments. Vickie also works with our warehouses to insure they are stocked and ready for your just in time delivery. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor keeps our supply chain running smoothly.
Starting as an intern while finishing his degree in International Business and later completing an MBA, Daniel keeps an eye on global business trends and negotiates contracts directly with steamship lines. With a focus on cost and performance, Daniel works to insure our supply chain can offer our customers the best value in the industry.
